  • Is this a one-time payment? Do I get lifetime access?
    Yes, the kickstart program is a one-time payment if you pay in full, and two payments if you choose the split pay option (1 payment now, 1 payment in 30 days). You have lifetime access to the program and all updates I make to it in the future.
  • Do I have to start on a certain date?
    No, you have lifetime access and can start on whatever day you'd like. I suggest starting on a Monday as the meal prep plans help you make weekday meals fast and easy if you work during the week, but you can start on any day you'd like and I walk you through this in the program.
  • Do I have the follow it exactly? Can I swap meals around?
    Yes! I wrote the meal plans to intentionally introduce you to meals, ingredients, and cooking techniques in a particular order, but you do not have to follow every meal to a tee. All breakfasts, main meals (lunch and dinner), and snacks provide the same nutrition so you can easily swap them out for one another and stay within the same nutrition profile.
  • How time consuming is the plan?
    I recommend spending about 1-1.5 hours in the week before you start the kickstart to familiarize yourself with program, watch the video tutorials in the online portal, review the meal plans, and get organized.

    Then each week you’ll spend about 1 hour shopping for ingredients, and about 30-60 minutes prepping ingredients for the week (I suggest doing this on the Sunday before you start). Then each day you’ll spend about 30-40 minutes cooking.

  • Do I have to be in the US to join?
    Absolutely not! There are women from all over the world inside the the kickstart from, the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Women have been able to find the ingredients for my meal plans wherever they live.
